14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items received after this window cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
Eligible for Return
- Unworn and unwashed items
- Original tags still attached
- In original or similar packaging
- Item received in wrong size/colour
- Damaged or defective items
Not Eligible
- Worn or washed items
- Items with removed tags
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (earrings, etc.) for hygiene
- Items returned after 14 days
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp at +592-674-1925 with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
Refunds & Exchanges
We love exchanges — if you need a different size or colour, we'll sort it out for you. Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be applied to any future order.
