1. About My Closet GY

My Closet GY is a fashion boutique based at 141 Fifth Street, Alberttown, Georgetown, Guyana. We sell women's clothing, accessories, and footwear through our online store and in person.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD). Prices include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — processed securely via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)
• MMG Mobile Money — payment sent to our registered MMG number
• Cash on Delivery — payment upon receipt within Georgetown
• WhatsApp Order — order placed and confirmed via WhatsApp

For MMG and Cash on Delivery orders, your order is confirmed once payment is verified by our team.

4. Orders & Availability

Placing an order does not guarantee item availability. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange an alternative or refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
